Behavior Analysts have used ABA therapy to support children and adults with autism and related developmental disorders since the 1960s.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapy based on the science of learning and behavior. Behavior Analysts seeks to understand how behavior works, how behavior is influenced by the environment, and how learning occurs. The goal of ABA is to increase behaviors that are helpful, such as language and independent skills, and decrease behaviors that are harmful such as self-injurious behaviors.
Areas ABA therapy can support include increasing language, communication skills, social skills, adaptive skills and decrease challenging behaviors.
ABA therapy is individualized to each person and can include training for parents, teachers, or other caregivers.

Applied Behavior Analytic services for parents and families.

Parents/Families: Connelly Consulting provides parent consultation to support parents who have children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Areas of support include social skills, communication skills, coping skills, and challenging behaviors. Connelly Consulting utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on you and your desired goals for your child and family. Services will begin with a comprehensive Behavioral Assessment and Treatment Plan Development. Ongoing consultation services will be provided thereafter to support progress.
About Connelly Consulting
Connelly Consulting was founded by Jaclyn Connelly. Jaclyn has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2009, and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2013.
She has supported generations of people from toddlers to the senior community with a variety of diagnoses. Connelly Consulting has supported individuals in various settings including public/private schools, adult residential placements, adult day programs, clinic settings, and in the home settings.
In addition to the individual support she provides, Jaclyn has worked in various professional capacities including Clinical Director, Regional Director, Director of Applied Behavior Analytic Programs, and Director of Autism Services. In these roles Jaclyn has gained a plethora of experience ranging from mentorship, supervision, clinical practice, operations support, and training. Recently, Jaclyn sat on the Oregon Association for Behavior Analysts (ORABA) as a Public Policy Co-Chair to support Applied Behavior Analysis across the state of Oregon.
Jaclyn is a servant leader who enjoys helping others in any capacity she can. The field of Applied Behavior Analysis has recently become focused on gains and growth over clinical quality and individual care. Connelly Consulting will place your needs first and ensure services are tailored to support you in reaching your goals.

In order to get started we will have a free consultation meeting where we discuss your goals and needs and determine if my services are right for you.
If in mutual agreement, we will work together to develop a plan depending on the service type. All services will include a written agreement/contract and will be approved by you prior to starting services.
